We recommend you to make reservations as soon as possible due to limited accommodation possibilities since Slovenia is currently presiding over the EU Council.
VISA
If you require a Visa to enter Slovenia, please fill in the Letter of Guarantee form (point 2 only) and send it via e-mail or Fax to the contact given at the bottom of the page. We will forward the letter to the Slovene authorities and send the verified version back via post.

Please keep in mind the additional time needed for the post to arrive (the delivery can also be made via quick postal service DHL, but the cost is covered by the addressee and included in the final receipt). Please note that due to organizational reasons the deadline for confirming and sending the letter of guarantee for participants is May 12th.
The verified letter shall then be taken to the Slovenian embassy in your country, which will provide you the Visa. Please take care to arrange your visit at the embassy in advance. Participants from Kosovo and Albania shall arrange the Visa at the Slovene embassy in Skopje, Macedonia.
